Frequently asked questions
Accelerators
Who are the experts?
We bring together senior marketing professionals with proven startup experience, from brand strategists and growth hackers to performance marketers. Each panel is handpicked to match the industries and growth challenges of your startups. Through partnerships with agencies like Swell and Digital Ideas, we ensure founders benefit from practitioners who are actively shaping and scaling real businesses today.
Do you provide follow-up after the session?
Yes, we provide written summaries with action points for each startup.
What group size works best?
Groups of 5–10 people work well, but we can adapt for smaller or larger cohorts.
How long does a session last?
Sessions typically run 2–3 hours, depending on the number of startups participating.
ActiveCampaign
What does the free onboarding session include?
Our certified partner onboarding session walks you through key features, automation basics and CRM essentials so you feel confident using the platform.
Do you offer ongoing campaign management?
Yes, we offer both one-off project support and long-term management, including campaign optimisation and performance tracking.
Can you migrate my data from another system?
Yes, we manage full migrations, ensuring contacts, tags and workflows are transferred correctly and ready for immediate use.
How long does it take to set up ActiveCampaign properly?
Most setups, including automation, CRM pipelines and campaigns, are completed within 4–6 weeks depending on data size and complexity.
AI Training
What if my data or setup is a mess?
We’ll help you organise your inputs first, like files, brand tone, and processes, so the automations run reliably.
How much can actually be automated?
You’d be surprised. From creating posts to auto-summarising emails or generating reports, we can automate tasks you do every week.
Do I need technical skills to use these tools?
Not at all. We design everything with usability in mind and provide documentation so non-technical staff can manage it easily.
Is this just ChatGPT training?
No. We build workflows using a combination of tools like Make, Zapier, Google Sheets, N8N, Diaflow, and more, including ChatGPT when relevant.
Branding
Do I need to know exactly what I want for my brand before starting?
Not at all. That’s what we’re here for. You don’t need a detailed plan, just an open mind and readiness to explore new possibilities. We’ll ask the right questions, guide you through every step, and help you shape a brand you’re proud to stand behind.
How do you make a brand guide future-proof?
We set up your brand to grow with your company. Messaging and visuals are built to work with AI tools and automation, making it easier to keep consistency across websites, campaigns, and new channels.
What is included in the process?
You get a brand kick-off workshop, positioning work, design updates, and a brand guide in Figma. We also train your team so the refresh becomes part of your daily work.
When is the right time for a brand refresh?
A brand refresh is useful when your business changes but your brand has not. For example, entering new markets, shifting your model, or expanding services are signs it is time to refresh.

Event playbook
Is this just for large conferences?
No. It works just as well for local meetups, demo days, roadshows or internal showcase events.
Does this include marketing materials or just strategy?
We can provide creative direction or collaborate with your design/content teams to ensure messaging and materials support your goals.
How long before an event should we start planning?
Ideally 4–6 weeks before. But we’ve built strategies in a few days when needed. The earlier, the better.
Can this help if we only attend events, not host them?
Yes. This playbook works whether you’re a sponsor, speaker, exhibitor or just attending. We build the right approach for your role.
Go to market
Can this be used for future products too?
Yes, the frameworks we create are built to be adapted and reused across your future launches or product rollouts.
Do you also implement tools and pipelines?
Yes, we don’t just suggest tools; we set them up and show your team how to use them.
Can you audit what we’ve already started?
Absolutely. We regularly step in to review and refine existing GTM efforts, improving messaging, pipelines and asset alignment.
Can we start if we don’t have a GTM strategy yet?
Most teams come to us with only an idea or a product. We’ll help you build the strategy from scratch.
How do you position someone as a thought leader on LinkedIn?
We build a clear content strategy based on expertise and audience needs, with consistent posting, valuable insights and strategic interaction to increase credibility and visibility.
Do I need paid advertising, or can I grow organically?
We like to focus on a “zero budget strategy” through organic growth that builds authority and long-term visibility. Only when organic growth is visible, do we use paid advertising strategies, to speed up results, reaching specific audiences quickly.
What makes LinkedIn outreach different from cold emailing?
LinkedIn outreach is targeted and relationship-focused. Personalised messages, warm-up interactions and strategic positioning make it feel relevant, increasing response rates and attracting higher-quality leads.
How quickly can I see results from LinkedIn growth strategies?
Timelines depend on goals and starting point, but most see improvements in profile views, connection rates and engagement within 30 to 60+ days. Consistent lead generation and authority building usually take three to six months and beyond.

Web development
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Every project comes with up to four weeks of proactive adjustments after launch. In this time we test devices, browsers and accessibility, suggest improvements and make sure the website works for your business in daily use.
And of course we are happy to support you further. Most of our clients choose one of the following packages, because they value how we stay proactive and keep pushing growth.
Peace of Mind Package (€150 per month, 12 months)
We handle updates, performance optimisation and provide up to one hour per month for changes or training. This is for teams that want a WordPress site that just runs, without having to worry about maintenance.
Care Package
For teams who prefer to manage their website themselves but want professional backup when something goes wrong. We react within eight hours, often faster, and even bigger issues are covered. This is especially useful for shops and community platforms where uptime matters most.
Support Package
The package most of our clients book. We join your team in regular meetings, share reports and push improvements. Together we expand your website with new landing pages, optimise funnels, grow content and build communities.
Marketing & Sales Retainer
For clients who want to take the next step and scale. We support content strategy, campaigns, lead generation and outreach. This works well for small teams who want to outsource parts of marketing and sales until they grow their own team.
Do you also provide SEO and content support?
Yes. We always set up an SEO-optimised website with a clean architecture and fast loading times. As part of every project, we run keyword research, do a topic deep dive and define a core keyword set. This positions your website precisely from the start and makes further content planning easier. We also implement custom schema that fits your business.
In addition, we offer SEO and content training sessions if you want to build these skills in-house. We can guide your team on keyword strategy, content planning and copywriting. On request we also provide an AI-driven SEO plugin to help optimise your content day to day. After launch, we are happy to support you further with copy, content marketing and monitoring so your pages keep ranking.
Can we manage the website ourselves?
Yes. Our websites are built with a simple editing interface, templates and modular blocks. You can update content, create landing pages and run campaigns without developer support.
How quickly can you launch my website?
We move fast with workshops, prototypes and early feedback loops. You see designs and working pages early in the process. This shortens approvals and makes it possible to launch your website in 3-4 weeks.
Wordpress support
What if my issue is very small, like a minor text change or a quick CSS adjustment?
Small fixes can make a big difference! We’re here to handle updates like text edits, spacing tweaks, or color changes so you can focus on your business and don’t have to worry about the details.
Will you explain what was wrong with my website?
Absolutely. We believe in transparent fixes. After we solve the problem, we’ll explain exactly what went wrong and what we did to fix it. This way, you’re not left in the dark and are empowered with knowledge about your own site.
How long does it usually take to fix an issue?
Our goal is to get your site back to normal as quickly as possible. For most small fixes and common glitches, we can resolve the issue within two business days of receiving your request.
What kind of WordPress issues can you help with?
