Challenge
A law firm with a new focus needed a clear digital foundation
In 2024, Bisonpliance went through a strategic repositioning. What had previously been Boltze Recht — a law firm active since 2003 in intellectual property and commercial law — became a specialised compliance advisory with a focus on anti-money laundering, ESG, governance and modern compliance consulting.
This shift needed to be visible. Our client wanted a new website, accessible forms and structured digital processes. The website had to work for an international audience, while clearly communicating the firm’s new specialisation and proactive advisory approach.
Our goal was a brand presence that makes the new direction tangible — and supports the firm in the next phase of growth.
Approach
Branding, web design and accessible digital processes for a specialist firm
We developed a distinct brand identity, including a CI guide, brand voice and a visual system that positions the bison as a symbol of resilience and clarity. The imagery combines AI-generated motifs with a bespoke icon language — reduced, focused and purposeful.
On that basis, we designed and built the website: bilingual, high-performing and low-maintenance. The design is crisp and confident, while meeting the requirements of accessible web design. As an IAAP DACH member, we ensured the site is usable for people with visual impairments and those relying on assistive technologies. Design and development worked closely together to balance expression with accessibility.
We also digitised the contact journey. We integrated calendar booking, a contact form and a dedicated form for compliance enquiries. Lead funnels run automatically, remain trackable and can be expanded over time. Tracking, consent and analytics were implemented fully GDPR-compliantly.
Impact
A new brand presence with a digital foundation for future growth
Today, Bisonpliance presents itself with a confident brand presence. The website combines a bold visual language with excellent usability and accessible entry points. Digital contact pathways lower the barrier to getting in touch and support inclusive advisory work.
The bilingual structure increases visibility for organisations across both the financial and non-financial sectors. Technically, the architecture is fast, scalable and provides a reliable foundation for further digitalisation.
