Event Platform, Community Growth, and Live Streaming for AI Monday

In 2022, DAIN Studios took over the organization of AI Monday with the goal of expanding the community and creating a more engaging digital experience for the event series. AI Monday needed a platform that could manage event registration, archive past events, enable live streaming, and automate communication processes to foster further growth in the AI sector. Additionally, they required a complete rebranding to reflect the dynamic and innovative spirit of the AI community.

We rebranded AI Monday with a fresh, vibrant design that captures the energy and innovation of the AI sector. Alongside the rebrand, we built a custom event platform that allowed attendees to register through the website and access an archive of all past events, speakers, and presentation materials. The platform supported live streaming for real-time participation. We incorporated personalized email funnels based on event type, language, and time zone to increase engagement. Additionally, we migrated 200 speaker profiles and completed the onboarding of organizers, enabling them to manage their events independently.

The new platform, paired with the fresh rebranding, allowed AI Monday to manage events more efficiently and grow its community. In just one year, the community tripled, due to the improved user experience, personalized automation features, and the striking new design. The project was completed within just three months, and the platform became a vital tool for AI Monday’s continued success, enabling it to inspire more people and foster stronger connections within the AI community.
