Lead generation and funnel optimisation
Impact Hub Berlin needed to attract quality applications for two key programs: the “Empower Now FLINTA Founders Accelerator” and the “Impact Incubator Climate Tech.” The challenge was to identify and engage new multipliers, particularly those focusing on FLINTA, while exploring new channels and building efficient acquisition funnels.
Approach
Leveraging Automation and Innovative Outreach to Drive Applicant Engagement
To achieve this, we developed and implemented comprehensive automated campaigns to maximise reach and conversion:
- HubSpot Automation: We optimised existing automated HubSpot campaigns to nurture and convert new multipliers, streamlining the applicant acquisition process.
- LinkedIn Outreach: We launched an automated LinkedIn campaign specifically designed to connect with and engage new multipliers, expanding the pool of high-quality applicants.
- Growth hacks: To further broaden outreach, we explored new approaches that were not yet being used and tested a number of channels outside a traditional marketing approach
Impact
Enhanced Applicant Engagement and Sustainable Acquisition Funnel
The strategic automation and targeted campaigns effectively increased outreach, engaging new multipliers and driving a higher volume of quality applications for both programs. The setup enabled Impact Hub to connect more efficiently with their target audience and maintain a sustainable funnel for future applicant acquisition.
