






Bettermile, a startup in the last-mile logistics space, needed to build awareness for their data-driven solution. Their driver-centric approach was new to the market, and the challenge was to effectively communicate its value and gain traction in this highly specialized sector–logistics.
We developed a marketing strategy, focusing on LinkedIn growth, where we increased their following by 2,000 in just one year, supported by community engagement funnels. Our work included building and training the marketing team, optimizing workflows for the sales team, and boosting visibility through targeted SEO efforts within the last-mile logistics niche. As part of our community-building approach, we launched the “Last Mile Delivery Meetup” event series. We created the concept, trained the team to manage it, and positioned the event.
The “Last Mile Delivery Meetup” turned out to be a major conversation opener, engaging key clients and partners. The event series was a significant success, helping Bettermile build industry connections and grow its presence. Repurposing the event recordings also had a positive impact on their content marketing, further strengthening their visibility and thought leadership.
